SHIPPING & HANDLING
We know you're excited to start advertising so we'll do our best to get your order moving! Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within three business days from our Dallas, TX facility. International orders may require an additional business day to prepare for transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All prices on lucibags.com are in USD. Your order total will be submitted in USD and processed with your card company at the current exchange rate plus any international transaction fees.
Applicable international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery. Fees vary by location and Luci Bags is not able to estimate the amount that may be due. We strongly suggest you check with your local post office or government agency to determine the amount of customs fees, duties and/or taxes that may be due upon arrival.
We're happy to have extended our international shipping options to include Canada, UK, Australia and 23 more countries. If we are unable to ship to your location at this time, please contact us so we can check on shipping options.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A detailed tracking email will be sent once your shipment has departed our facility. Even though your order is officially on the way, tracking updates might not be available from the carrier until after midnight. Please contact us if your tracking information has not updated in 48 hours or your domestic package has not arrived after 7 business days, international 15 days.
Returns & Exchanges
Processed orders can not be cancelled or modified. If you need to make a correction to your shipping information, contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We want you to LOVE your Luci Bags! If you aren't happy with the size, style or print of your items, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. All items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different style, size or color request an exchange through our customer portal. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the unwanted items. Your replacement order will be sent out just as soon as your original items arrive back to us.
Orders sent back as a refund return will be charged a flat processing fee of $8 to cover your pre-paid return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

If you're new to Luci Bags, be sure to check our Features & Dimensions as well as the Lookbook for sizing references. If you can't find an example close to your products or purpose, contact us! We will be more than happy to help you choose the right size and style to fit your needs.
If you've already received your bag and can't get your items to fit, let us know! We can offer some tips for making a display that works, or help you exchange for a bag that will better fit your needs.
Care Instructions
CLEANING YOUR LUCI BAG
We get it, your mobile shop is a reflection of your business and you want to look professional and sharp! If your Luci Bag needs cleaning, please spot clean the soiled area with mild soap and water - DO NOT machine wash.
To clear smudges from the windows, try wiping with a dry cloth or apply the tiniest bit of rubbing alcohol. Additional Care Instructions
